I have been working in education since 2001. My degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University. I have taught at the elementary level for 11 years at Jefferson Lighthouse Elementary a Gifted and Talented International Baccalaureate (IB) World School in Racine, WI. While a teacher, I worked as a Juvenile Crisis counselor for Kenosha Human Development Services for 10 years. In 2012, I became the IB Coordinator and in 2013 the Principal at Jefferson Lighthouse. In 2015, I was appointed to the position of Directing Principal at McKinley Middle and International Baccalaureate World School in Racine, WI. I am delighted to now be serving as the Principal of Forest Park Elementary. I have three lovely girls and a wonderful husband that are also part of the Forest Park Family. I look forward to the amazing work ahead of us to ensure students achieve academic, social, and emotional success.
