There are many opportunities for you to be involved in your child’s education. A big part of it takes place at home when homework is done, and you look over and review the papers your child brings home. If you would like to be involved in school as a volunteer, we would be delighted to have you! Some of the activities you might be doing with the children could be listening to them read, practicing their reading vocabulary words, or helping them count by ones, twos, fives, and tens. All of this would be done with only one child at a time. We would probably need you once a week, or once every other week. If you would like to help out, please e-mail me, (grandparents are always welcomed!). I’ll set up a schedule that will be workable for both of us!
